An HTML email was created for SA Rugby Legends Association. Besides being a mode of communication, the email offers an option for recipients to book tickets. They can click on a button and be led to a form where they need to specify their personal details and the number of tickets they wish to purchase, and submit the same. The booking form is programmed in such a way that it allows users to book only upto the maximum number of tickets available. Post submission, they will be led to a thank you page, where can see the serial numbers of tickets they have booked, the amount that they need to pay, the details of the account to which the payment needs to be made, and a reference number that they need to use during payment. The serial numbers and reference numbers are generated automatically. Simultaneously, the system shoots a mail, containing ticket booking details, to the admin.
